We are happy to share the inspiring news with you! Our two project managers, Oliwia Kozlowska and Wiktoria Rozdeba, recently participated in a training for adult professional leaders on the topic: "How to have difficult conversations with employees as a NEW LEADER/LEADER?" 
During this training, the girls had the opportunity to learn about the MOST method, which helps to talk about difficult issues while respecting the relationship. They also learned how to effectively enforce tasks on people, and how to re-set the boundary between collegial relationships and boss-employee relationships.
This is an extremely important experience for our future leaders, who are already gaining the skills needed to effectively manage a team.
